For your first visit, please bring your insurance card and a photo ID so we can verify everything accurately and make your appointment smooth from the start.

Insurance can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re unsure what your plan covers. We take time to walk through it with you in a simple, friendly way:

• We verify your benefits before treatment so you know what to expect.
• We explain estimates in clear, everyday language.
• We let you know if your plan requires preauthorization.
• We file claims on your behalf, whether we’re in- or out-of-network.

If we’re out of network with your specific plan, we’ll still submit claims for reimbursement and help you understand what your insurance may or may not cover. No judgment. No pressure. Just clarity and support.
